We guarantee your satisfaction -- we've served 1,000's of scrollers like you and ourselves who love the Berry Basket scrollsaw patterns. . .but, because these products are downloadable, they are NOT returnable. If you have a problem with your download, please call us ASAP at 1-800-296-6256 and 99.9% of the time we can come to an agreeable solution. We will mail the patterns to you if necessary, though our downloadable system works like a machine time and again. It's really neat! We hope you give it a try.
