We guarantee your satisfaction -- we've served 1,000's of scrollers like you and ourselves who love the Berry Basket scrollsaw patterns. . .but, because these products are downloadable, they are NOT returnable. If you have a problem with your download, please call us ASAP at 1-937-212-5561 and 99.9% of the time we can come to an agreeable solution. We will mail the patterns to you if necessary, though our downloadable system works like a machine time and again. It's really neat! We hope you give it a try.

the CD from GreatAmericanScrollsaw in the past and still have it, you are
welcome to operate under the conditions which were set forth in the Eula
Agreement you were forced to accept when buying the CD originally.
The terms of the Agreement you entered into are listed
below. The Berry Basket MUST prosecute any one who does not
follow the conditions set forth in the Agreement -- this is to protect our
investment in the Copyrighted material (scroll saw patterns) on the CD.
You may not distribute or initiate a sale of the 400 patterns from the old
CD with lifetime reprint rights in any manner via the internet or electronically.
The CD is no longer being sold and this Agreement does NOT pertain
to any patterns purchased from Berry Basket now or into the future. Thanks

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR GREAT AMERICAN SCROLL SAW PATTERNS a division of ("The Berry Basket")
IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY
THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT is a legal contract between you and Great
American Scrollsaw, a division of The Berry Basket ("Licensor") for the copyrighted
patterns contained on these CD's.
You are purchasing the ( Lifetime Reprint with Resale Rights for over 400
of our most Popular Patterns )! These patterns can be copied ( only ) on
your home computer and sold only as printed paper patterns. These patterns
cannot be sold over the web or internet in any manner or form. The remaining
patterns in this package are for ( your use only ) and cannot be resold in
any manner or form. (This includes all of the books included as a bonus
of this package ).
This agreement covers ( only the patterns in this package ).This agreement
does not give you permission to sell patterns from any other designer.It
is their copyrighted designs and has nothing to do with my unique offer.This
is a binding agreement between you and The Berry Basket ( Great American
Scrollsaw ),no other designers are included in this agreement.
BY COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PATTERNS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE
TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS
OF LIABILITY, AND TERMINATION PROVISIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE PATTERNS AND EXIT NOW.
1. ) License Grant. Licensor hereby grants to you and you accept a non-exclusive
license to use the Patterns only as authorized in this license agreement.
The Patterns may only be printed off of your home computer to either create
woodworking projects from ( these downloadable patterns or these pattrns
on a cd ) and/or to print the patterns off on your home computer to sell
the print version to other individuals for their personal use. Any print
copies sold to third parties must clearly show Licenser's copyright notice
and contain a statement that the pattern is for personal use only. Licensor
does not give you permission to sell these Patterns in any other form or
manner including, but not limited to, off the Internet. You may not modify,
transmit, create derivative works from, display, or in any way exploit any
of the contents, in whole or in part for resale purposes other than as authorized
above.
2. ) Licenser's Rights. You acknowledge and agree the Patterns are proprietary
products of Licensor protected under U.S. copyright law. You further acknowledge
and agree that all right, title, and interest in and to the Patterns, including
associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain with Licensor.
This Agreement does not convey to you an interest in or to the Patterns,
but only a limited right of use revocable in accordance with the terms of
this Agreement.
3. ) Federal law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized
use of copyrighted works,including patterns.It is the policy of The Berry
Basket ( Great American Scrollsaw ) to prosecute all copyright violators
and to recover all illegal profits plus damages.
4. ) Termination Without Prejudice to Any Other Rights. Licensor may terminate
this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this
Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Patterns.
5. ) Disclaimer of Warranty. THE PATTERNS AND CD's ARE PROVIDED "AS IS."
LICENSOR DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN
BY USING THE PATTERNS. LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
AS TO TITLE OR INFRINGEMENT OF THIRDPARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. ) Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Licensor be liable for any
indirect, "incidental," consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost
profits even if Licensor has been advised of the possibilities of such damages.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW A LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU.
7. ) Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Washington.
